  1. If you think the Tale Graphics Driver fits your needs and
  2. are using it regularly I recommend registering it.
  3. Remember: a software worth using is a software worth
  4. buying.

  6. If you are distributing software on a shareware/commercial
  7. basis (i.e. you do not provide the software for free)
  8. that is using the Tale Graphics Driver you must register.
  9.  
  10. However I DO allow the use of this shareware version of
  11. the tgdlp4 graphics driver package free of charge for
  12. creation of public domain or freeware programs.

  32. * all artificial conversion limitations are removed. You
  33.   will be able to convert bitmaps and fonts that can be as
  34.   large as the available base memory. It will also be 
  35.   possible for you to create sprites with up to 255
  36.   animation sequences instead of 8.

  54. user license. A single user license allows you to sell programs
  55. using the TGD runtime libraries on a private, individual basis.
  56. (If you want to leave the marketing and/or selling of your
  57. application to a commercial business whether this company or you
  58. require a commercial license of the graphics driver. Contact me
  59. for more information about that.)
  60. Add 5 US$ (5 DM in Germany, 8 DM european countries) to the
  61. registration fee for p&p.
